Symphony

When it gets really really hot in Tokyo, out comes the hottest designer accessory for the fashionable women: the umbrella. All shapes and sizes can be seen everywhere – yet not a drop of rain to be seen anywhere. A symphony of umbrellas.

This is a real beauty. I love the combination of colours and patterns on the umbrellas and the dominant red is excellent.

THanks all for the comments... I love getting feedback.

@matt: I actually stood in a corner and waited... There was a shot like this in my mind that I wanted to take and I got lucky after taking about 10-odd shots before I took this one that was just perfect for me. Photography takes a lot of patience to take that one shot you want. :-)

Fantastic abstraction, I really like the composition of this shot. And of course the red umbrella makes it!
