Strangely beautiful. My eye is drawn to the building second from the right with the oddly "perspective-ized" windows on the second floor. Great shot.

I have to second Rhys here: nice, tight fit into the FOV of the lens. The lines help contain all that detail without it overwhelming the visual experience. Well seen and executed.

    excellent use of patterns!

  • espennilsen on 19.10.2010 @ 03:13

Funny perspective. Very different sizes of the buildings, I'm thinking specially about the little left one to the right.

  • Csaba/EyeVision on 19.10.2010 @ 04:27

If you ask me, I like the older houses more. Nice shot.

Just looks like a patchwork. Great shot with so many details, love it.

  • george on 20.10.2010 @ 10:09

The framing that you've used in this is very effective, as is the blending of old and new.

  • hoveeto on 20.10.2010 @ 10:17

Great composition, a patchwork of building.

  • Claus Petersen on 21.10.2010 @ 03:50

Sometimes I think it's a little wired that we choose to live so close to each other. Cool shot.
