Tranquility. I thought Id post a calming image after the carnage of Hurricane Sandy the past few days. And no, I wasnt stupid enough to venture out just so I could get a picture. Lets those that are competing in the Darwin Awards try that.

    Really peaceful shot. I wonder what's that white thing, floating near the edge. Perhaps a boat?

    I hope normality is restored soon in the areas affected by the hurricane.

    That smoke in the hills, seems to be emitted by the trees. Lovely horizontal lines in this shot.
